Adding value through detailed review of plans/drawing resulting in value engineering which translates into better building efficiency and ultimately in cost savings. Being fully integrated with consultants, contractors and sub-trades ensures projects are completed on time and on budget with no surprises. Our team provides Design-Build, Project Management, Construction Management and General Contracting services. Our integrity and genuine care has led several clients and architects asking us to get involved with them on multiple projects over the years. ENM Construction Management is structured to run as efficiently as possible in order to save the client unnecessary overhead costs. Qualifications: Communication & negotiation skills in dealing with trades, consultants & all levels of government officials. Project & time management, completion of projects on time, producing comprehensive updated project schedules with tools such as MS project. Contractual & legal knowledge, experience in tender process from beginning to end including: estimating, scopes of work, writing contracts, analysis, contract award & finalizing. Organization & coordination through effective & efficient meetings involving all concerned parties consisting of consultants, contractors & sub-trades. Profit, cost & budget focused via a process of continual plan & project reviews consistently increasing projects efficiency & thereby profitability, cost savings & budget maintenance. Well versed in good building practices & the relevant legislation such as BCBC, WCB OHSR, etc.
