Here he furthered his passion for spirit & wine education becoming a well-respected member of the bar and beverage community and gaining accreditation in WSET and the pilot run of CSS in BC, all while running award winning bar programs. Colin is a seasoned beverage program consultant, an award-winning cocktail menu architect, and was a familiar face behind the bar managing at several prestigious restaurants including Melbas on the Park, West, Pourhouse, and Blue Water Café. In 2016 he joined the dedicated team at Corby’s/Pernod-Ricard and has advanced through several positions to his current role as National Brand Education Specialist Managing Education for Canada in key channels.
