I am an Experienced Management Consultant with a proven track record of supporting the Public Sector and associated organisations with over 17 years’ experience in setting up and delivering digital programmes and projects to transform services. Current specialist areas I am focused on are Continuing Healthcare (CHC), Section 117 and Joint Funded Cases. Developing effective partnerships between Social Care and Health are vital to this work to ensure people get the support they need. I have completed a wide range of organisational reviews to develop future Target Operating Model’s maximising the use of digital transformation to improve user experiences.Experience • Led the development of the business case and requirements specification for the digital transformation of the courts service in Guernsey • Led the project to implement a Customer Hub for Guernsey to have a single point of contact for residents and businesses to interact with Government services • Development of HM Treasury approved business cases for the Vaccine Task Force and new process to develop these at pace • Led the development of a new model for Academic planning for Ulster University with engagement from academic and professional services• Led the development of the programme plan and transition plans to transform the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency to ensure the organisation was sustainable post Brexit• Programme manager with Land Registry for the development of the Local Land Charges Programme across England • Led a review of Buckinghamshire County Councils Adult Social Care Learning Disability service and implemented new procedures which in the first 2 months delivered £1.3m savingsExperience working with Lancashire County Council • Programme managed the transformation of the way we work with families across agencies • Led the implementation of a new electronic Early Support System across all agencies that work with Children • Worked with the Police service to implement a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub• Implementation of the Electronic Social Care Record for Children’s Services • Led a team to provide information, advice, and admissions services for Further and Higher Education
