With over fifteen years of experience in managing retail operations in the food, grocery, and cannabis industries, I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring profitability for my organization. I currently lead the retail operations for Blüm Holdings, a fast-growing cannabis company with multiple locations across the US. As a Retail Operations Director, I leverage my skills in sales operations, marketing, strategic planning, catering, food and beverage, P&L analysis, sales/labor ratio, and menu development to oversee all aspects of the retail business, from inventory management and merchandising to staff training and compliance. I also apply my culinary arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu and my history degree from Arizona State University to create unique and engaging customer experiences, as well as to foster a culture of innovation and excellence within my team. My goal is to help Blüm Holdings achieve its vision of becoming a leading cannabis company in the US and beyond.
