I am happiest when I exceed the goals that I set myself and work hard to achieve the best. I have a very outgoing personality, I am an approachable person and easy to get on with. I enjoy working with a team that has the same self-motivation as myself and happy to get on with things dealing with any situation that may arise. I am a punctual person and ensure I will meet targets on time. My attitude and behavior to work is always at its utmost. I am a responsible person and conscientious, I like my work to be neat and tidy. I thrive on demand, and have a strong customer focus. I started my working career in the financial sector within a call centre environment where I learnt a large number of verbal communication skills due to dealing with customers from all over the United Kingdom. Between this role and my next at Sky I did a short term in retail. At Sky I had to meet the demands of the customers and where possible retain their business when they were considering an alternative supplier. Following this I joined my current employer, easyJet, where I have worked my way from Cabin Crew to Cabin Manager, I have worked in both Gatwick and Edinburgh, within this role the main priority is safety of all those on board. On top of this I need to lead my team on a daily basis and performance manage and help them with their personal development. RECENT ACHIEVEMENTS- In only two year of being at easyJet I was recognised as being a good team player and able to apply for the role of Cabin Manager- Whilst at Sky on occasion I would be appointed interim team leader to assist during the absence of the permanent team leader- On occasion at Sky I was asked to assist with certain HR tasks such as absence management
