About Colin Ramdeen

With over 20 years of experience in the learning and development field, I am a Learning and Enablement Consultant and a provider of workplace modernization, learning and enablement services. I help organizations transform their workplace, bridge knowledge and skill gaps, and drive change in agile environments. I have a 360-degree view of the factors that impact the people, platform, and processes of transforming organizations, and I leverage my expertise with blended learning models and emerging technologies to create and deliver impactful and innovative learning solutions. I have worked with diverse clients, from enterprise to SMBs, across various industries, such as technology, telecommunications, and education. I am passionate about learning, entrepreneurship, and adoption of SaaS-based solutions, and I am constantly exploring new technologies and platforms that can enhance learning, collaboration, and business enablement. Some of my recent projects include building a content library on emerging technologies for non-tech professionals, implementing M365/MS Teams/SharePoint for hybrid work environments and designing and building agile learning support systems using artificial intelligence (AI). My goal is to create success stories that transform the way we learn and work in the digital age.
