Colin has broad experience across Industry and Government business processes including risk assessment, requirements gathering, solution assessment and delivery, procurement, tendering, business case preparation, testing, site and project security, and occupational health and safety. As an information management specialist Colin has setup, managed and administered the use of Objective and SharePoint to provide record keeping, document management, workflow, review, governance and reporting. His contributions to process improvement has included the refocus of Program Governance (HQJOC, EUC); business cases; and compliance for companies and projects. From his earliest days with Logica and Admiral, both of whom had formal business processes long prior to and ITIL standards, Colin has applied frameworks and processes as just the way he conducts his work. He applies formal PM methodologies, Service Management, SDLC approaches and/or Quality Systems (including PRINCE®2, ITIL, Waterfall/Agile/Iterative, ISO 9001).
