I’m a Property Manager with over 6 years of experience in residential real estate, specializing in leasing strategy, tenant relations, and property operations. I launched my real estate career by managing a small personal rental portfolio before working full-time as a Leasing Agent at Axon. I quickly advanced to a Property Manager role and now oversee a portfolio of over 250 units, including complex multi-property portfolios and new developments across southeastern Ontario. My strengths lie in building community, optimizing leasing performance, and leading with a quality-first mindset. I’ve led lease-up strategies for new developments, improved team workflows, and driven revenue growth through process efficiency and relationship management. With a Bachelor of Music (Hons) from Wilfrid Laurier University, I bring a unique blend of discipline, emotional intelligence, and creative problem-solving to my work. My background in music sharpened my communication and collaboration skills, qualities that I apply daily in tenant-facing roles and team leadership. I am always seeking new opportunities where I can combine leasing strategy, people leadership, and operational execution, particularly in student housing, community-based rentals, or innovative property platforms.
