For the past 8 years, I was able to help expand Longshore Resources Ltd from a new start-up company of 1750 BBL/d oil & 3.6 MMSCF/d to 7500 BBL/d oil & 50 MMSCF/d through property acquisitions, company mergers, drilling and completions, optimization projects, and continuous expansions at our main batteries. During this time the team, I oversaw growing my team from 8 personnel and consultants required for lease construction, drilling, completions, well servicing and surface equipment construction to 31 personnel (4 Lead Operators, 25 operators, 1 Engineer in training, 1 field safety advisor, and consultants) required to achieve our goal of optimizing growth for the company.
