Since 2021, my professional journey has been shaped by growth, dedication, and a passion for mastering every opportunity placed before me. I began my career at Photofloyd, where I officially joined as a photographer. This was the foundation of my creative and technical development. At Photofloyd, I learned how to work with professional equipment, manage lighting in different environments, and capture high-quality images that told meaningful stories.After building a strong portfolio and reputation, I had the opportunity to join the Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBC). This marked an important transition from still photography to a broader world of media and communication. At TBC, I was exposed to fast-paced environments where accuracy, timing, and professionalism were key. I learned how to operate under pressure, handle broadcast-grade equipment, and ensure that every visual element supported the message being delivered. Working in a national broadcasting setting also improved my discipline and teamwork, as media production requires strong coordination, clear communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs. My experience at TBC expanded my understanding of the industry and helped me grow both technically and creatively.Currently, I work as a Gyro Surveyor at the Wellforce Geita site under Capital Company. This role took me into a completely different field—one that demands precision, analytical thinking, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy. As a gyro survivor (surveyor), I handle specialized equipment used in drilling operations to determine underground directional data. This work requires sharp attention to detail, problem-solving skills, physical endurance, and the ability to interpret technical information correctly. It has also helped me understand industrial environments, geotechnical processes, and the importance of reliable data for successful drilling and exploration.Overall, the experience I have gained from 2021 to today has shaped me into a multi-skilled, flexible, and highly motivated individual. I have learned to work effectively with teams, manage time efficiently, solve challenges, and maintain professionalism in every environment. My journey continues to show me that growth comes from embracing new challenges and being willing to learn every step of the way
