About Colleen Basile

As an Assistant Vice President and Executive Administrative Officer at Marquette Bank, I have over seven years of experience in providing administrative support to the Board of Directors, the Executive and Management teams, and various committees. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Illinois State University and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Data Visualization. My core competencies include corporate governance, project management, compliance, and committee liaison. I work independently and within a team on nonrecurring and ongoing projects, such as new product roll outs, policy updates, and risk assessment. I also serve as a liaison with other departments and external customers, fostering an open and honest risk management culture.
