As a Sr. Administrator of Field Marketing Strategic Support at TDS Telecommunications LLC, I assist the field marketing leadership in developing and executing strategic and tactical go-to-market initiatives for new and existing markets. I have over 4 years of experience in project and process management, and I hold a master's certificate in project management and a yellow belt certification in business process improvement using lean six sigma from the Wisconsin School of Business. My core competencies include developing and implementing national standards and best practices, facilitating onboarding and training programs, managing fleet vehicle and facility changes, and creating and maintaining a Tableau dashboard that utilizes data to inform decision making. I am passionate about delivering high-quality results, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement and innovation. My goal is to support the growth and success of TDS Telecom and its customers.
