I am an enthusiastic and creative marketing and communications professional with a BA Corporate Communication degree. l have sharpened my skills over the past 18 years with solid experience within various industries including financial and professional services industry. Since relocating to Ireland from South Africa in the last 5 years, I've re-established and re-energized my career through learning and adapting to my environment. My ability to adapt and learn quickly had afforded me the opportunity to work within special task force projects including Customer Communications Specialist for PTSB's €6.75bn acquisition of Ulster Bank assets. Previous to this, within my capacity as Marketing Communication Manager and Customer Value Management Retention specialist, I have had the privilege helping to grow the market share and brand of one of South Africa's top performing banks, voted most innovative bank in the world*. I have a proven track record in bringing marketing campaigns to life, from strategic conceptualization, initiation, production and implementation, to reporting and measurement. My most recent experience includes proficiency in through-the-line marketing and comms campaigns including the production of TV and radio material, digital/social media, media buying and scheduling, content creation and editing, Public Relations, events and activation management. I also have experience for Internal communication and staff engagement. Achievement I am most proud of during my career include- The successful execution of a communications strategy that contributed to the seamless migration of 125k customers from Ulster Bank to PTSB- My customer and staff behavior change campaign winning a converted FNB Innovation Award - FNB Business Banking being voted Sunday Time’s Best Business Bank 7 years in a row, a direct result of my market positioning campaigns. Measurable results from campaigns I have activated include an increase of over 300% in online and banking App applications after the launch of an integrated digital and above the line campaign.
