About Colleen Briscoe

With over 12 years of experience in designing lessons and courses, I am the Technical Training Leader for Field Service at TPI Composites, a leading global manufacturer of wind blades. I collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and relevant job-specific trainings for our wind blade repair technicians, using a combination of real-world scenarios, hands-on application, and classroom learning. I am passionate about staying up to date with the latest L&D trends and incorporating them into trainings, using tools such as iSpring, Whole Brain Thinking, and Curriculum Innovation. I empower our technicians to gain technical skills they can use in the field, while also aligning the trainings with the company's vision and values. In my spare time, I am a board member of my local neighborhood association, where I help foster community and business relationships through newsletters, social media, and events.
