About Colleen Crosby
As a Certified Massage Therapist I've witnessed firsthand the benefits of an integrative approach to the care and maintenance of our bodies. I’m a Certified Facilitator of The Resilience Toolkit, Certified TRE Provider, and certified in NeuroAffective Touch™. I studied at The Institute of Psycho Structural Balancing, and have training in a variety of Eastern and Western modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue work, Thai massage, Shiatsu and breath work. I integrate my bodywork session with the therapeutic tremor to help clients move through personal blocks, pain, and difficult life circumstances. Combining these physical practices with somatic experiencing and relational psychology, I can gently guide clients towards healing on all levels: physical, mental, and emotional. This multi-faceted approach helps individuals resolve developmental and relational trauma in a safe, supported environment. Outside my private practice I teach The Resilience Toolkit for community and professional organizations.
