About Colleen Long

I am the Founder and President of Adventum Mental Health Network, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit born out of my own personal mental health journey. Yoga, mindfulness, meditation and breathwork found their way to me after years of depression and trauma. Having a powerful experience with the tools I learned, I knew other people could benefit from them as well. Our programs include Adventum Youth Yoga Lab, BeWell Corporate Wellness, Adventum Allostasis, and our annual Adventum Mindfulness Triathlon. We integrate the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and neuroscience to empower others towards self-regulation and co-regulation. I left my 15 year career in the Investment Industry to pursue all things Adventum. As a female Asian American, I am proud that I created an organization that is empowering, impactful and built on love. My dream is to expand Adventum and help as many people as possible. My mission at Adventum is to help remove the stigma around mental health, raise awareness, build community and connect people with mental health resources. I believe the path to healing is not linear and my heart is to empower everyone in their mental health journey through the resources we share through Adventum.
