About Colleen Quickle

With over 22 years experience in Hospitality and specializing in Recruitment/Training Management while overseeing Restaurant operations. I ensure proper training is occurring by learning the trainees abilities to maintain knowledge. Proper staffing, tools, and corrections for an individual to learn will improve quality internal and external resulting in a team that believes and delivers high quality hospitality to all they encounter. I bring a diverse background with me with an array of abilities and training to develop an outstanding team for proper but fun service. As for me: I am always eager to learn new areas and grow my own development in hospitality. My experience includes all aspects of hotel operations, from fine dining to full service concept restaurants. Currently, my focus is on development of team members within the food and beverage industry. Through my coaching and guidance professional goals will become real staff that once did not like hospitality. Provide the proper tools and training and you will see and feel the positive changes within the establishment. As an advocate for guest experience; it is imperative that our guests walk away having a memorable time and eager to return because they were treated like family.
