With over 10 years of experience in administration, municipal law, and social work, I am a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Manager at eDriving®, the global leader in online driver risk management and training solutions. In my current role, I manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and growth. I leverage my skills in administration, confidentiality, and communication to provide high-quality service, support, and guidance to our customers. I also partner with internal teams to deliver feedback, insights, and solutions that enhance our product and service offerings. Previously, I worked as a Social Worker and a Human Services Specialist at Cape May County, where I applied my expertise in municipal law, social work, and human resources to assist individuals and families in need of social services and benefits. I am driven by the mission of making a positive impact on the lives of others, whether it is through improving road safety, promoting well-being, or advocating for social justice.
