About Collette Mangion

I would describe myself as being a creative person, friendly, trustworthy and organised. I am a self-motivated person, keen to advance in my career. I have a solid history of producing results within a limited budget. I have built and successfully managed various websites and headed the Marketing department, and I deal effectively with executives, media suppliers and liaise with team members on a regular basis. Perform customer service tasks & administrative duties competently, group wide. I am the creator of the Pentasia Training brand/concept for which I was awarded the Pentasia Dynamite Idea Award in 2012. I have built this brand and successfully made it profitable. Currently received results on my Diploma in Human Resources with Lead Training, for which I received a Grade A. Another achievement is my Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing 2014. I have also recently finished my Digital Graphics for Desktop and Digital Publishing at MCAST. I consider myself hardworking, dedicated and most of all resourceful. Able to use own initiative and work independently in different projects. Excellent time-management skills, understanding of workloads, meeting deadlines, setting objectives and prioritising. Confident in my IT skills. Detail-oriented, practical and creative when working towards meeting deadlines/goals. I am able to communicate fluently in Italian, English, Maltese and conversant in Spanish & French.
