I currently work as a Business Development Manager and a Customer Success Manager at Animalz, a content marketing agency that helps SaaS companies grow their audiences and revenue. As a Business Development Manager, I have exceeded revenue expansion quota by more than 200% for Q1 2023 by expertly prospecting and generating qualified leads through networking, email campaigns, referrals, and outreach to former clients. As a Customer Success Manager, I own the customer journey from initiating, onboarding, retaining, upselling, and transforming into long-term relationships. I report on client profitability and success, identify potential problem areas before they arise, and work transparently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
