A Human Resources professional whose portfolio spans more than 25 years. A qualified Coach (Distinction), HR Conflict Consultant and Workplace Mediator. Business Partner roles were predominantly within FTSE 100 companies which spread across a culturally diverse workforce. These Companies experienced constant change and re-structures which involved, multi-million-dollar company acquisitions, TUPE transfers or a global equivalent, Insource and Outsource business modelling, all of which were subject to union protocols. Experience gained through permanent contracts such as BT, Reuters and Thomson Reuters, and interim contracts or consultancy with organisations and industries such as The Crown Estate, Barclays Wealth, Pharmaceuticals, the NHS, the Third Sector, Transport, and other public bodies. A conflict resolution specialist in mediation and neutral assessments, where the root causes of team disharmony are uncovered, and recommendations are made for change. Career transition programmes which combine coaching plans and behavioural profiling such as DISC. Qualifications: A National Certificate in Workplace Mediation and is Open College Network (OCN) accredited. MCIPD qualified, a Licensed DISC profiler and is a qualified Professional Coach with distinction. I am also a Trustee and director of Youth Engagement Solutions (“YES”), a charity based in North West London. We are a charity that acts as a resource for young people to access positive youth development programs, such as prevention, intervention, through physical activities, information, advice, education, and vocational services. Our aim is to encourage young people to take responsibility for their lives, with support to fulfil their potential.
