About Collin Anselmi

I was born in Livingston, Montana to a military family, and before the age of ten I had lived in four other places: Utah, Germany, Kansas, and Massachusetts. During this time of my childhood I developed my love of literature and writing, as well as matured many qualities I still hold today, including patience, compassion for other cultures, and the love of the natural world. Through my experience in landscaping, guided by two very experienced and seasoned mentors, I acquired invaluable skills such as persistence, seasonal planning, and design. The work days were often long, hot, and uncomfortable, but my time with Nelson Brothers gave me a unique perspective on the importance of hard work. I currently work at REI, which I greatly enjoy. The company holds many values that I identify with, and my co-workers are all very friendly and motivated, outdoor loving people. My main goal in my work career is to find companies that share my core belief in the importance of mutual respect, as well as a place where I can be proud of working and representing. Countries I have travelled to: Argentina, Switzerland, England, Italy, Spain, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Netherlands, and Canada.
