I have over 7 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, where I applied my skills to design, develop, and test solutions in Blue Mountain RAM that met the needs and expectations of the life sciences industry. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The Pennsylvania State University, where I gained a solid foundation in the principles and practices of information systems, data management, and software engineering. I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex and challenging problems, and to create value and impact for our clients. My goal is to continue to grow and develop as an Implementation Manager, and to deliver high-quality and innovative software services that enhance the performance and efficiency of the life sciences industry.
