This leads to my team members responding enthusiastically to direction and feedback. Similarly, I've used this consultative approach with clients to figure out how we can bring the most value to their organization. I'm not afraid to pick up the phone and figure out how to move things forward. I'm great at coming alongside teams and clients and helping them in a productive and timely way: In the beginning, my desire to connect people with a product that would help them and their clients led me into the medical sales industry. First in cardiac devices and then into allogeneic stem cells and related biologics and then into software. In each of these I've built out and managed teams and worked closely with clients to ensure they're getting the absolute most out of our product or service. I've also had the opportunity to use these skills outside of my career, by leading different men's groups and co-leading a class with my wife on communication in marriage: To help people fulfill their business's or personal untapped potential and grow it to what they know it can be: Over the last decade+ I've helped clients grow their businesses by implementing new and innovative products and solutions, employees grow their careers and skills and men and couple grow in their personal lives and the ways they communicate with each other.
