When you wake up everyday wanting to be better and adapt to be the best is when you will find success. Throughout my career through the Missouri Air National guard this is back bone mindset I have. Coming to work wanting to take on new task, asking to do more is who I am in nature. I find myself always wanting to strive to better even through the most difficult tasks. From working on life saving equipment for pilots to training the next employee in line, I do it with the best of my ability everyday. I manage a full time job of 40+ hours a week and go to school full time.
