About Collin Legall

Collin is a partner with Lazer Grant LLP and heads up the Corporate Recovery and Insolvency practice of Lazer Grant Inc. He devotes his time to advising financial institutions, lawyers, debtors and creditors on insolvency and business recovery matters. He has successfully assisted companies and individuals through corporate restructurings, bankruptcies, receiverships, proposals, viability assessments, monitoring and consulting engagements. Clients recognize Collin’s unique “hands on approach” and his unique business perspective in negotiating successful debt restructuring solutions in complex and financially challenging situations. After graduating from the University of Manitoba in 1989 with a Bachelor of Commerce, Collin obtained his Certified Management Accountant designation in 1991. He became a Chartered Insolvency Restructuring Professional in 1996 and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in 1998. In 2002 he further sought to specialize himself by obtaining a Certified Fraud Examiner designation to conduct and coordinate forensic analysis and investigations.
