I am dedicated to making sure people get great healthcare. As the Chief Operating Officer, my job is to make sure our physical therapy team gives the best care possible. Throughout my career, I've helped build a team that is effective at providing top-quality care to our patients. We've done this by ensuring our Physical Therapists are well taken care of and leverage their training and experience. I don't just look after things from a big picture perspective—I also focus on making sure our team puts the patient first. We coach and guide our team to give each patient the care that fits them best to ensure every patient gets personalized care and sees results quickly. One of the key tenants in our mission is to innovate. We constantly brainstorm ways to simplify our services and deliver 5-star support. This is especially beneficial for patients seeking care beyond what their health plans offer, such as concierge-level services.
