About Collin Neill

I'm a Senior Software Engineer and AI Architect with over a decade of experience building scalable systems, developer tooling, and intelligent multi-agent platforms. At Indeed, I led the architecture and development of the Scout Agents Core calibration system—an AI-powered module that leverages LLMs and agentic workflows to refine ideal candidate profiles in real time and dramatically improve hiring precision. My work spans deep sourcing algorithms, conversational agent orchestration, and developer-focused CLI tooling. I also led the architecture and managed a team of four developers in building a Slack-integrated automation platform that streamlined cross-functional communication across multiple teams, reducing manual outreach by 80% and improving campaign engagement.I've developed AST-based code cleanup tools that've eliminated thousands of lines of technical debt and reduced audit effort by over 90%, resulting in overall engineering cost savings exceeding $ annually. I’m passionate about combining solid engineering fundamentals with cutting-edge AI to solve complex problems and deliver measurable outcomes.I thrive in fast-paced, remote-first environments and enjoy mentoring engineers, designing systems from the ground up, and bringing structure to ambiguity. I am always learning and always building.
