About Collin Wilcox

Long term City Letter Carrier with the United States Postal Service, looking to transition into a new field where I can utilize my skills in customer service, research, and problem solving, and will have the opportunity to learn and grow into a role. I am open to both onsite and remote work but would prefer to maintain a permanent residence here in the Pacific Northwest. My educational background is in Forestry/Natural Resources, and although I have yet to gain substantial work experience in those fields, they remain passions of mine. I have a base knowledge of mapping software such as ArcGIS, and comprehension of regulatory frameworks such as the Oregon Forest Practices Act, Northwest Forest Plan, National Environmental Protection Act, National Forest Management Act, Clean Water Act, and Endangered Species Act. I have extensive and practical customer service experience, working directly with customers to meet their needs while often acting as intermediary between customers and craft employees/supervisors.
