Current efforts include leading the redevelopment of the hospital's emergency duress security system and managing the operational readiness of critical infrastructure, such as the high-security main hospital entrance. These initiatives aim to optimise workforce and visitor flow while enhancing safety protocols and emergency response measures. With my collaborative approach, I ensured the alignment of organisational objectives, enabling the infrastructure to be purposely built to achieve high performance in safe, secure, viable, efficient environments. Expert in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and innovation underpinning efforts to refine security structures and foster operational excellence.
