My responsibilities include: 1.Execute on company initiatives and strategy. 2.Increase sales and script count. 3.Consistently maintaining solid inventory management practices to boost replenishment. Managing payroll adoption to meet the needs of the business. Align with company strategy to improve adherence and health outcomes. Create a diverse environment to embrace the needs of customers and patients, delivering seamless experience. Formulate a talent pipeline, recruiting and developing Assistant managers, Pharmacist, RX Operations Manager and Shift Leader. 8.Knowledge of marketplace and uniqueness of demographic to bring company strategy to life. Promote diversity and inclusion, bringing different ideas and perspectives to the table. 10.Ensures compliance with state, federal and local laws. 11.Building concrete relationship with vendors to maintain in stock condition. 12.Interpret how behaviors ties into key performance indicators to ensure smooth operation.
