About Colm Buckley

With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, I have been working with Linesight for over 25 years, as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. My experience ranges across education, retail, commercial buildings, residential, historical, restoration, luxury hotels, budget hotels, containment sites and airports. My particular expertise lie in cost management techniques, strategic project planning, contract conditions (JCT, RIAI & and procurement routes. Some of the well-known projects I have worked on include NUIM Maynooth, Dublin Airport Terminal Extension and the Westin Hotel. In addition, I have undertaken a large number of projects for Primark throughout Europe, including the Oxford Street (London) and Mary Street (Dublin) flagship stores. I lead a team of dedicated professionals, who are focused on providing an exceptional standard of service. As a team we have a pragmatic approach to process and strategy management. We strive to achieve program delivery in both a timely and cost-efficient manner, which has led to a high rate of repeat business from our esteemed clients.
