I work as a Practice Leader, Irish immigration inbound services with Fragomen in Dublin, providing strategic support and delivery of employment permit, visa and immigration compliance services to clients across the country. I have almost 20 years of professional experience working as part of internal global mobility & HR functions across multiple industries, including with the Big 4 in Canada and Ireland, as well as over 7 years working with Fragomen in Dublin partnering with some of the largest employers in the State. Working in Irish immigration is my passion and I have been privileged to be part of our country's incredible growth story while working in a firm dedicated to excellence in delivery of immigration services. I also enjoy providing commentary relating to immigration policy through blogs, conferences, webinars and in the media, as well as working with third level university groups in guiding foreign students through pathways to long-term residency.
