About Colm Devin

I am a founding member of Ethos with over 27 years’ experience in the construction industry. Since 2005 I have worked with my colleagues, driving Ethos to become a world class provider of innovative Mechanical, Electrical, Digital and Sustainable design solutions for the Data Centre and Commercial sectors. I am passionate about my leadership role and I work to create a culture that is inclusive, innovative, challenging and inspiring. I relish the opportunity to work with our multinational clients, delivering sustainable developments that are tailored precisely to their needs and enrich the built environment. I am deeply committed to ensuring our clients get bespoke innovative solutions on every project. I am committed, trustworthy and above all ambitious for our clients, ensuring that their requirements are always front and centre in everything we do. As part of the Ethos Executive team I play a leading role in the strategic development and growth of our team and business and I am very proud of what we have achieved in Ireland and across Europe. In addition to my client focus I lead the day to day operations of our organisation and ensure that Ethos is well positioned for both the present and the future. I am a passionate family man and love spending time with my wife and three kids. I am also a GAA football fanatic and for the last 10 years I’ve successfully trained and coached juvenile boys and girls football teams for my local team Slane GFC in Co Meath. I am a Level 1 coach and currently manage our local Ladies Junior football team and U17 boys.
