A competent and experienced professional within the Automotive and Financial Services Industry, who is energetic, results-focused and has a tenacious commitment to driving sales, profit and market share growth. An individual with extensive domestic automotive experience gained in aftersales over the past twenty nine years at retailer level with several of the largest brands in the automotive industry, Toyota, Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda and Mercedes-Benz. A results driven leader who is ambitious, passionate and dynamic with a high level of integrity, drive and commitment. A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen who has the capability to successfully communicate and negotiate with both internal and external stakeholders. I bring focus and energy to a business. A person who has the ability to determine which customer opportunities to follow and which to leave behind. This has allowed me to successfully establish and grow the aftersales business through qualifying new business opportunities continuously. As a result of proactive business to business and business to consumer prospecting has enabled me to continually meet and exceed set targets through the growth, retrenchment and return to growth of the business. Outside of work, I am actively involved within my community through volunteering.I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Carlow District Credit Union where I have been a board member for the past 12 years and also recently a member of the Board of Directors with South Leinster MABS.
