About Colm Sheppard

I am a passionate communicator and performer with a long history of customer service, problem-solving and teaching. I have experience in Human Resources, Theatre and Film, Administration, Customer Comfort and maintaining excellent standards in uncertain, hectic environments. I love education and learning new things, and am always striving to improve myself, having recently graduated from University of Galway with a 2.1 grade in a Masters of Digital Marketing. I have studied Human Resources with the Galway Business School Springboard+ programme and studied Drama and Theatre in University of Galway and University College Cork. My greatest asset is my flexibility and my approachability, allowing me to find novel solutions to difficult problems and keeping satisfaction high among customers and staff, gained through my time as a kitchen porter and McDonalds crew member on the floor during out busiest hours and refined during my time in Murphys Ice Cream.
