With over 13 years of work experience, I am a senior consultant at PERSOLKELLY, one of the largest recruitment companies in Asia Pacific. I specialize in the banking, insurance, and financial services sector, providing comprehensive and customized HR solutions to clients. I am passionate about helping clients improve their HR operations, address their human capital needs, and achieve their business goals. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked with start-ups, corporates, and investors across various industries. In my current role, I assess clients' HR needs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to improve HR operations. I provide guidance and support to clients with customised HR solutions to address human capital needs and business priorities on a range of HR matters, including organisational structure, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, etc. I am also in charge of new clients development and manage end to end HR solutions process. I leverage my skills to deliver high-quality and impactful results for my clients.
