About Colt Sedbrook

Hello! My name is Colt Sedbrook and I am a native to Colorado. I grew up in Broomfield, Colorado where I attended Broomfield High School. I attended the University of Arizona on a baseball scholarship, and then pursued my first career as a professional athlete with the St. Louis Cardinals organization. Following my first career, I enrolled myself at the University of Colorado Boulder to complete my History degree. I also accepted the Head Baseball Coaching position at Boulder High School. Developed a variety of fundraising, advising, management skills leading 200+ players and parents. Following Boulder High School, I accepted a position with a non-profit organization in Parker, Colorado known as Gameday Baseball. I provided training, instruction, and influence over 300+ children on a seasonal basis. Fostered a supportive learning environment that encouraged player success. I decided to accept an assistant coaching position at the Colorado School of Mines during the 2018-2019 season. I analyzed Engineering, Computer Science, and Applied Mathematics student's schedules and constructed a transparent plan for the student-athletes. Provided knowledge and promoted growth through individualized instruction. I am currently pursuing my Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership at Colorado Christian University. I am also working as a Graduate Assistant in Campus Ministries working with the male undergraduate students. I serve as a GA in Men's Ministry, where I help serve our undergraduate student body. I meet with students one-on-one, lead events on campus, coordinate services, improve logistics, and advise students, Recently earned my Master's of Organizational Leadership. I acquired a range of innovative skills and collaborative tools for effective and meaningful leadership in our ever-changing global environment. A proven leader, people driven, and results oriented. I am seeking a challenging opportunity to help guide, assist, and support decisions of others. I know my skills, education, and experience can be fully utilized.
