About Colton Barber

Creative leader with 12+ years experience, a mix of agency and in-house, driving brand strategy and design across industries including retail, education, healthcare, logistics, manufacturing, consumer goods, and SaaS. I specialize in turning big-picture ideas into strategic, results-driven creative that connects with audiences and elevates brands. My background includes working with interdisciplinary teams of all sizes, from startups to enterprise, across digital, print, and experiential platforms. I’m a rare hybrid — equally comfortable setting high-level creative direction as I am rolling up my sleeves to execute the work with craft and precision. I bring a collaborative, user-focused approach to every project, always aiming to create work that not only looks great, but performs.
