College student working as a full time Junior Accountant with payroll accounting experience. Recently graduated from Wood-Tobe Coburn School with an associates in accounting. I am resuming my education in march at Empire State College. Before m role as a junior accountant i spent December interning with a company that specialized in tax preparation. I worked part and full time for eight years as a payroll accounting assistant. Growing my ability to quickly solve not so simple math problems, also becoming adept in areas of cost and staff accounting. Throughout school and work i always had exemplary attendance rarely if ever being late or absence. I pride myself on my ability to solve difficult problems. I like to sit and work hard on tedious projects it keeps me on my toes. I also love working in teams learning from others and getting feedback on my own ideas teamwork improves everyone individually and as a cohesive unit. I recently graduated with my Associates degree with extensive attention on accounting principles, cost accounting, taxation, and payroll. I achieved a 3.65 GPA and was among the top tier of the students and in the top 5 of the accounting program.
