An experienced, outcomes focused, multi-skilled IT professional with strong commercial acumen and extensive experience in project/program management (agile and waterfall), service delivery, as well as, vendor, client, stakeholder and staff management. Business experience includes implementation of technology solutions to support organisational objectives, transformation/re-alignment of technology services in line with changing business needs and the development of continual improvements and customer focused, “can do” culture within IT teams. Technical experience includes the deployment and support of large, complex IT environments spanning across multiple local and wide area networks as well as the implementation of cloud hosted/SaaS solutions. Applications experience includes SAP, contact centre, workforce management, EDRMS (Trim, Objective, OpenText), as well as project management specific applications (Jira Software and Primavera). Recent experience includes the end to end delivery of project management and collaboration solutions (Aconex, TeamBinder/InEight Document Suite) to support large scale construction projects and efficient management of related security and processes (Design Reviews, RFI, NCR). Skills and experience are complemented by a tertiary engineering qualification, specialised technical and management training and a number of industry certifications, which include project management (PRINCE II Practitioner, CompTIA Project+ and SCRUM Master) and best practice service delivery methodologies (ITIL & ITIL4 foundation).
