With over 17 years HR experience, I am a strategic and people first HR leader with a passion for building inclusive, high performing cultures that unlock both individual and business potential. At Project Foundry, a dynamic and fast scaling consultancy, I lead the people strategy with a clear focus on culture, connection and performance. I have embedded a values led framework that aligns our ways of working with who we are and how we want to lead cultivating belonging, clarity, and growth across our international teams. My HR approach is commercially minded but always human centred.
