Moonlighting was divested to ASX listed Ice Corporation Ltd in acquired back in and divested again to ASX listed Gerard Lighting in 2004 Founder (2004) and Managing Director of leading ASX listed traffic products and services provider Traffic Technologies Ltd with revenues of +$100M and staff. Developed the first LED traffic light to meet Australian Standards, over 80% of traffic lights in Australia have been retrofitted to LED.
