About Concetta Griffin

I currently work as an AVP, Human Resources Generalist in the fintech industry. I'm passionate about an efficient Human Resources team that is also a partner to their lines of business. Providing employees with impeccable service is just as important as being a trusted advisor to help leaders build and plan for the future. Over the last five years I've assisted the department in several key areas. On one hand, I handle a multitude of responsibilities including I-9 Compliance for New Hires, leading a COVID-19 Employee Financial Relief Program, Creation and maintenance of vendor contracts, and creating the Organizational Chart to provide to internal and external auditors. On the other hand, I'm a C-Level Executive Assistant. With the help of a lot of coffee I keep my boss on-schedule, support her to produce a pristine product for Annual Board Reports, help manage the budget, and am the trusted colleague to handle the most sensitive matters with finesse and discretion. I've always been a self-sufficient worker with an eye for detail and during my tenure I've honed my skills in communication, data storytelling, presentation, and time management. Various project and presentation work has been the most fulfilling so far in my career over the last few years; and I look forward to doing more in the future. When I'm not at work you can find me planning my next trip; I always have the travel bug! My favorite part is experiencing new culture and exotic food. I believe trying new things and different foods expands your mind and keeps you open and fresh to new ideas that you may not otherwise consider. I put 10 stamps into my first passport and hope to put 10 more into my new one!
