Enthusiastic and self-motivated professional in software development with 10+ years’ experience in diversified technologies and development models. Expertise in continuous integration software development, problem solving, process improving, multiple tasking and usability understanding. Results-driven team player accustomed to coordinating numerous teams in fast-paced environments. With my extensive knowledge in various technologies and my recent experience in business and management through the MBA program, I have built up a valuable understanding in product development including problem solving, process improvement and execution, communication, quality control and usability. I took on the scrum master role in current company since 2016 and helped the team transfer from water-fall to real agile software development by refining process, building continuous integration development environment and enabling all team members to contribute. I am a self-starter, a quick learner and an innovative thinker who like to think outside-of-the-box and pay great attention to the improvement of process and quality. I am a firm believer in team work and I look very much forward to daily interpersonal interaction in team settings. Being highly self-motivated, I have an invincible passion for advancing my career to a higher-than-ever-before level.
