As Business Development Manager at Dewberry, Conley is responsible for enhancing the person,$380 million family-owned professional services firm's land development capabilities, presence, and service quality throughout the Carolinas. With nearly 43 years of experience in North Carolina, he has an extensive background as an advocate for economic development. He spent more than a decade with the North Carolina Department of Commerce, promoting the growth and expansion of established industries throughout the state. He helped bring new industry to communities by coordinating with federal, state, and local government agencies, utility companies, consulting firms, contractors, engineers, architects, and financial institutions to capitalize on available assistance programs at the public and private level.
