About Conner Cluff

Coworkers have described me as driven, analytical, and detail oriented. I would say that I'm bubbly and I help foster a warm working environment, and truthfully, I'm all of those things and more! I started my career at Utah's largest healthcare provider, working as a Lead Psychiatric Technician before becoming a Youth Behavioral Health Specialist for the same facility. While it was certainly sometimes difficult, working with youths to overcome trauma and set them up for success was definitely a reward unto itself. I decided to transition those skills and experiences to the Utah Harm Reduction Coalition, which created the first needle exchange in Utah for people who live with addiction. There, I implemented more efficient processes that increased revenues and grant funding, and I also worked to improve organizational accountability to both internal and external stakeholders, while taking direct management over the needle exchange sites. I got to travel all over Northern Utah and facilitate safe spaces for folx to come and seek out services. Ultimately, I left the Coalition because senior leadership asked me to do things that would have compromised my commitment to honesty, integrity, and transparency. After the Coalition, I joined the team at Red Rock Pharmacy. I was able to put my skills and experience to use and became a cycle manager, which put me in charge of doing quality assurance for outgoing medications to approximately 100 hospice and memory care facilities, totaling almost individual prescriptions. In addition, I revamped and improved the process by which medications were checked, sorted, and sent out which improved the overall efficiency of our location. Finally, in my free time I love to volunteer. I’ve been a content editor for the League of Utah Writers for several years now, sharing my passion for creativity and art. I'm also a classically trained singer, pianist, painter, and writer. I’m always excited to learn about new opportunities as well as just to connect and expand my network!
