About Conner Featherston

Alumnus of Walla Walla University with a B.S. in Automotive/Business Management, I have a grounded mechanical/technical background with a diverse mix of business core understandings. In the last two years of college, I facilitated the operations of the university's automotive shop. Developing inventory control, budget developments, and establishing functional personnel protocol. I have a focus on entirety in the workplace and honesty in practice, I am passionate about customer service and worked in a large car dealership for a year. That year challenged my customer service skills via volume demands. With over 250-300 cars a day coming in for service, staying customer service-oriented was challenging with high volumes of people. However, My CSI scores (customer service index) was always in the top percentile of the dealership every month I worked there. That experience equipped me with new tools to attain first-rate customer service standards. I refined my business fundamentals by completing my MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneur Leadership. I have a systematic approach to my responsibilities, paired with a grit-embedded work ethic, certifications giving me a foundation, and a hunger to learn and pursue further.
