About Conner Hartmann

My goal is to help people make complex, high stakes financial decisions simple, so they can feel financially secure, maximize their opportunities, and reach their goals. I serve people planning for retirement or searching for help with growing and preserving their savings and investments. I specialize in tax-efficient financial planning and helping clients manage highly concentrated stock positions, typically through their employer. ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, ESPPs, ESOPs, and other benefits through one's employer can be confusing but helpful in achieving your financial goals. We often work with families who are retiring soon. We also work with high income, younger professionals who are busy but want to proactively organize and build their wealth. I am part of a team of financial advisors, ensuring clients receive the benefit of my knowledge combined with my partners. Each has at least 20 years of experience in the industry. I hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation. Our approach is holistic. We create financial plans that span investment allocation, retirement planning, education planning, and estate planning strategies. I guest lecture at the University of Puget Sound on these concepts as well. I still love to be part of the wrestling community, coaching at my local high school and being a featured clinician at camps. Creating opportunity for others, especially young, hardworking kids, is incredibly rewarding. When not advising or wrestling, I usually am with my family, a book, or a high-heart rate activity. I am a proud Rotarian board member, past Treasurer of the Gig Harbor Young Professionals, and volunteer for the Duke Alumni Association.
