About Conner Kessler

My name is Conner Kessler, I currently attend Fort Hays State University in the applied technology department. Studying to get my bachelors or masters degree in construction management. While also playing baseball for the university as well. Going back to when I was in high school, from the age of 15 to now every summer I have worked construction/ landscaping. These jobs where great experiences for me to gain knowledge about job sites, and to understand project management in different fields of work. This last summer (summer 2021) I was blessed with the opportunity to be a part of Haselden Constructions intern program building a vet hospital in Boulder, Colorado. The amount of management and responsibilities I was able to retain has opened my eyes and realized, I am passionate about construction management. I then decided while at school to start doing side jobs for people around Hays, Kansas, while playing college baseball. My schedule was crazy and never the same, so a job was never really an option. I took that opportunity made a post on Facebook and got a offer to do framing for a commercial tattoo shop. I grabbed a buddy and we would work from 9pm to about 1am for 3 days straight framing in tattoo/ piercing rooms as well as two bathrooms. Word spread around town and now we have work for this whole next school year. As a student athlete and motivated worker I will graduate in December 2022 egger to get started with a company.
